libgrpc-dev software package provides high performance general RPC framework (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgrpc-dev
libgrpc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgrpc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgrpc-dev *
You will get with libgrpc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
